Website Scope

The Site is a public marketing and information site for Methodra. It describes our company, ideas, and product direction. It does not, by itself, provide a hosted analytical development service, regulated workflow system, or professional advisory engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Methodra and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Methodra’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site during the twelve months before the claim arose or USD 100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Methodra and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Site and These Terms
